No Internet

Hi people I have put my virgin hub 5 in to modem mode its a sold green light and the followed the steps for my dumar3 but I still have no Internet.  The wife connected but with no Internet. All the lights are on. What am I doing wrong. Any help would be gr8

Have you completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do that before you can get internet. If you have please reboot the V Hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then see if you have internet please

I've fixed it now.   But I'm having trouble with my elgato lights not being able to connect to my new WiFi and its not even showing up in the elgato app
