PING HEATMAP doesn't work

Hi , today i received my R3 , Now Im trying to set up the GeoFilter, but when I click on heat map doesnt seem to load the list of games.

On the Geo Filter I Can see the list of games.

click of the three dots on the top right and click on Resync cloud it will work
