XR500 resetting my password on its own

So I did a factory reset on my XR500 and when I launch it again and get to the the page where it asks me to choose a password and security questions, after I fill all that in when I press next it deletes my password and security questions and put in its own. Then when I try to log in I can’t because it says wrong password. Very frustrating, I tried everything from restarting it to turning it off, I even restarted my laptop still not working

It's unlikely it's entering its own credentials, what web browser are you using to make these changes?
