clarkjo Posted June 5, 2024 Author Posted June 5, 2024 on the latest version it seems to be a little more inconsistent with how fast it connects, but there is still a delay. some days its 10 seconds other days its 30.

Thanks for the update, I'm confident the team will be able to get this sorted shortly. Zli 1
A_F Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 Im experiencing the same issue Desktop pc running win 11 and ethernet cable connected to the R3 directly

eggsmell Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 Sorry for such a late response, I see you've already confirmed it's still an issue with the others here. Just to add, can confirm it's also happening on the newest firmware for me too.
eggsmell Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 Would also like to add that this is a very annoying issue when using smart lights in a home, as I have to relink them at least once a week due to the no connection while struggling to reach the internet for ~30 seconds.

Change the DHCP lease to 10000, save, reboot the router then see if that happens less frequently
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 29, 2024 Administrators Posted June 29, 2024 We posted a new version in Early Access you can try, I don't think it has a fix for it specifically and will likely be in the next one
clarkjo Posted August 9, 2024 Author Posted August 9, 2024 still no fix in 4.0.236 this is getting a little insane its been months

clarkjo Posted August 9, 2024 Author Posted August 9, 2024 the question is when will this issue gain priority. i understand there are many bugs to go through but cant you understand my frustration waiting this long on something that i haven't had an issue with on any other router except this one
Jazze78 Posted August 9, 2024 Posted August 9, 2024 I have the same problem with my xbox serie x. If i have the xbox direct connect to the r3 it´s take up to 30 sec to get internet. But if i have the xbox connect to a switch first before the r3 it´s connect direct to internet.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 9, 2024 Administrators Posted August 9, 2024 That's entirely up to the devs, if they can squeeze it into the next update they will
clarkjo Posted September 14, 2024 Author Posted September 14, 2024 issue is still present on v4.0.285

clarkjo Posted September 15, 2024 Author Posted September 15, 2024 should i start a new thread in the early access section too for more awareness
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 15, 2024 Administrators Posted September 15, 2024 No need, they are already aware and I will chase them on it as well.
