I am new help me connect the router

I have a new R3 ruter, I went to my Vigrin settings and did Modem mode.

Everything is connected Router shows R3 Netduma on wifi but no internet avaialble.

Reboot the V hub, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes and you should get internet

I have done what you have asked it's still the same. What's the returns period? Period I've wasted 4 hours trying and no luck.

I apologise, I was not aware after connecting I had to connect to router using the IP address at the back of Netduma R3.

Ah so you hadn't completed the Setup Wizard? No worries glad you're all sorted now!

No I didn't this was the first time I ever installed a router. 

Only issue now is I play Fifa my ping used to be 19ms but now getting 30ms every game.

We'll be implementing a page so that if you try to use the internet without completing the Setup Wizard it will redirect you so you know what to do.

That is likely the Steady Ping feature on the Geo-Filter, it gives you a bit of a higher ping to create a 'buffer' that absorbs ping spikes/inconsistencies so you have one solid ping throughout the game so you're not affected by the spikes and have a smooth experience. You can disable this by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the Geo-Filter Map.
