Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 18, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2023 You're accessing the interface using http which is normal and why it says it isn't private, it's perfectly normal. It doesn't need HTTPS as the interface cannot be accessed from the internet. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then access and login.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 18, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2023 I think you'll probably need to factory reset and then it should be fine after that. If the interface is still slow your web browser may be using significant system resources. I had the same problem recently but wasn't isolated to the R3, I was using the Brave browser and it was slow on the interface but every so often all tabs would stop working as Brave took 100% of the CPU, switched to Opera GX and no issues now, the R3 interface is snappy as it should be and no slow downs on other tabs

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 19, 2023 Okay you're in the interface now that's good, we're working on those issues at the moment, they can sometimes fail, trying again can work but otherwise adjust settings manually in the meantime while we fix it
