Understanding SmartBOOST and prioritization

Hello! I got my R3 yesterday and set it up. For SmartBOOST, I set three favorites: Gaming > Video/Streaming > Work from Home. I also have Adblocker enabled. My network's measured bandwidth is ~950 down and ~40 up.

When streaming video on my TV, I am getting intermittent buffering. Specifically, this is on the Discovery App. When checking network activity, the SmartBOOST page is picking up the TV's activity as unknown, but even more strange is that it says it is currently prioritizing gaming, which is incorrectly being detected from my work computer.

I understand that network use may never be 100% accurate, but Is there a way to allocate a set (minimum and maximum) amount of bandwidth per device (not just application/service) to prevent the TV from buffering ever? I feel like this may solve the overall issue while maintaining the benefits of QOS across the network.

My TV is connected through ethernet and has stable connections to services that are clearly identified in DumaOS (i.e., YouTube, Twitch, HBO Max). I'm coming over from an XR500, so I am mostly familiar with the features. Just interested in how I can get around this puzzle.

Thanks@Netduma Fraser! I had no clue how to find that, so I appreciate it. Also wanted to note that fast.com is not being ignored by congestion control mode like speedtest.net is

No worries! Okay so fast.com is superseding Speed Test Bypass, that's great to know thank you, I will pass that on
