DumaOS not loading and asking for wait for 4 mins

I've been facing this issue for 2 days now. I closed the tab and waited four minutes and it did not work, rebooted the router but it did not work either. I'm on the latest Beta  build, not sure what is causing it suddenly, is there any way to fix it without having to reset the router or reinstall the firmware?

Not really no, generally a reboot will work. If you reinstall the firmware from 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm you don't need to factory reset after so settings should be preserved

dumaos is loading... this could take up to four minutes. please wait. if this takes more than four minutes, try rebooting your router to get back to dumaos. tr-1 th-0 dr-0

 

I had used ur link reinstalled the firmware but again getting the same god damm message everytime.

 

Please suggest ?

Which router and firmware version are you on exactly?

I am on version 2.3.4.148

Do a factory reset from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it is more consistent after that

Seems like the firmware is disabling access to any administration login due to DumaOs not being able to load.

Still cannot get in, you need to fix your firmware!

Did the previous version work for you? That's not an update we did, just security from NTGR. 

You can access the settings using 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm even if DumaOS isn't loading.

Otherwise:

1. Go to the System Information page
2. On the "Installed Rapps" panel on the right of the screen click the  icon,
3. Change the retries to 5
4. Reboot the router from the interface
5. Close the interface
6. Wait 4 minutes

Then try accessing please and see if that resolves it.

The previous version worked fine. So did this one for a while until now. I downloaded it soon after it came out.

Thanks for "192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm" I can get in now! Dumaos still not loading  , tried reuploading 2.3.4.148, still can't load DumaOS

 "Go to the System Information page" I have no idea how to get there? tried many different menus, could not find "installed Rapps" panel anywhere.

You'll need to get main access back first so if you can literally never get it to load then either re-install the firmware from the Settings or downgrade to the previous version then you can do it from the DumaOS interface and try to upgrade back

tried reuploading 2.3.4.148, still can't load DumaOS

Tried XR500-V2.3.2.134 same problem.

From the errors, it looks like some files got deleted somehow?

The only solutions for the issue are:

1. Upgrading/downgrading
2. The retries (assuming you can access once)
3. Reboot & waiting 4 minutes without accessing the interface
4. Factory Reset & waiting 4 minutes without accessing the interface
5. A combination of the above
6. Potentially accessing via the DumaOS app might work but unlikely

It's not deleted anything it's just stuck in a weird state and one or more of the things above will clear it given enough tries/time. You could try our beta firmware also that might be better: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
