I've been facing this issue for 2 days now. I closed the tab and waited four minutes and it did not work, rebooted the router but it did not work either. I'm on the latest Beta  build, not sure what is causing it suddenly, is there any way to fix it without having to reset the router or reinstall the firmware?

Not really no, generally a reboot will work. If you reinstall the firmware from 192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm you don't need to factory reset after so settings should be preserved
