I have a NetDuma R2 and unfortunately the device does not accept ristat as well as when I put the router page off all the illuminations.. And there's no internet connection, try to reset the factory by pressing the button back for 30 seconds and not responding to me, what's the solution, please help

Sorry could you clarify the issue, you have no internet through the R2? Can you access the router interface?

Connection is done without Internet and I cannot access the device's destination

Cable has been piloted on another device, connected and available online

While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
