Is it worth getting the R3 as my main then using my R2 in the office like I do now? Now ISP>Powerline>R2

The R3 would be better able to handle your new speeds compared to the R2, I would suggest finding a new solution to replace the powerline though as you're unlikely to get your max speeds using them
