I question i have 4 gibit from my isp do get any problem with newR3

You wouldn't be able to use your max speeds, the ports on the R3 are 1Gbps ports

Do I have chance my network back to 1 gibit or leave like this

It's up to you, you could keep the 4Gbps internet and if the ISP modem/router supports those speeds which I'm sure it does you could use that whenever you wanted to download a game for example and use the R3 for all other purposes
