This Rapp is not yet loaded when trying to access the dumaos

I have an R2 and I have managed to get online via a wired connection. The Dumaos did initially load and it asked me to set up a password etc. but then it said I was no longer connected to the modem.

Now when I try and access it I get a message saying its not loaded and to try again in a minute. I have tried restarting everything including my Virgin router, the R2 and my PC but nothing seem to make a difference. 

I also cannot connect to the R2 via wifi, I can see it and it asks me for the password but then it just keeps asking for the password over and over?

 

Are there are steps I am missing? Any help is appreciated

Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, close the interface, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then try accessing, does it load correctly then?
