I recently installed the latest beta firmware on my Netduma R2 and it was fine for the first evening, but since then, my R2 won't stay connected to the internet. There's no issue with the internet itself — the router the R2 is connected to has no issues — but it seems like every time I restart the R2, it connects for about a minute, then drops out again.

Is it the beta firmware that's the issue? I hadn't used my R2 for a while before updating it, so I can't tell for certain.

I should have added that when this happens, I can't even connect to my R2 to access the DumaOS backend. It just disappears from the list of available Wi-Fi networks on all my devices, despite the first two red lights being on on the R2 itself. When I connect over Ethernet, I cannot access the internet or the backend.

Weirdly, I can't even seem to perform a factory reset. I hold in the reset button for 30 seconds, and it just does... nothing. The lights don't turn off or change, nothing seems to happen.

If you can access to get the log you should be able to perform a factory reset from the interface does that stop the issue happening?
