rapp not loading , none of the features working xr500

nighthawk xr500 on version v2.3.2.134 , happening for over a year now , none of my features work. Geofiltering , QOS , device manager , ETC. just has endless loading logo then says rapp not loading. have tried updating , downgrading firmware , factory resetting 5+ times , setting a static ip for my pc , Rapps to 5 retries. no clue to how to fix this I've attempted everything but i need these features to work thats why i bought the router.

cant even get into the dashboard anymore.

Factory reset using the button in the back as it is a big jump, wait 4 minutes then access and you should be able to complete it.
