Netduma R2 wont power on

My Netduma R2 stopped powering on. I bought a new 12v charger thinking that was the cause but still no power or red lights. I can't find anything online that resembles the issues i'm having :-(

Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet.
