Error when using geofence

Hi. Pretty simple issue here. Whenever I attempt to turn on the geofilter I end up getting the following error. "RPC error 'ERROR_CMDFAIL': Exec '//usr/bin/geoip -P /data/dumaos/rapp-data/com.netdumasoftware.geofilter/data/usr/polygon.json -f /tmp/geoip_ipc2' failed with 1" 

Would anybody happen to have an idea of what I could do to fix this? I am on the XR1000 and Every other feature of the router seemingly works without any issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Couple of things it could be:

• Are you using Armor? If so, disable and retry
• Are you using a browser based Adblocker? If so disable/whitelist the interface and retry
• Are you forcing a connection to the interface with HTTPS? (Some browsers may now try to force this so you would need to disable that) If so, force it to connect using HTTP and retry
