hybrid vpn setup not working

Any idea why this isn't working? 

 

I pasted text from the config file into the advanced box and typed email and password for the vpn service in username and password

I tried adding the certificate to the bottom of the config as it was a separate file using 

<ca> 

certificate

</ca> 

 

Now I just get "Error: CONNECTION TIMEOUT Openvpn terminated"

Could you provide all the files you downloaded and let me know the server you want to connect to and I'll see if I can get a working config for you.

Is it definitely the correct email/password for connecting with the VPN as well? They may have separate credentials you need to use.

don't  bother to get it working - anyway you'll get hvpn error after first router reboot

Thanks for your input. If you disable the VPN prior to rebooting it should work correctly when you enable again.

No that won't be possible, NG removed telnet access unfortunately on the more recent versions.

We don't have a public facing ticket system

yes it's definitely correct . works on openvpn client just fine...
