Ping Heatmap misses Server location

Hi all, when i use the Ping Heatmap for Mordern Warfare II or III it does not show the Server in Frankfurt. I resynced the cloud but that didnt help. Is there anything i can do to fix it?

Is it showing any as failed on the right side of the list? If so we'll probably have to do another heatmap update on Monday, should still be connectable using the Geo-Filter though.

Hello Fraser, wanted to let you know that the Heatmap still misses the server in Frankfurt. Im not 100% sure but i think its also not connectable for me. If i set  my location to frankfurt and set the distance to 111km i will not get into a lobby

Okay no worries, I'll get the team to have a look, it may be the case that there isn't one there at the moment but we can certainly check

Have the Modern Warfare III Servers been added/updated in the Ping Heatmap?
