NetdumaR1 Router shuts off few minutes with ethernet connected?

Not sure if this is the correct section for this post but I left my Netduma R1 plugged in with ethernet for few days and then all of a sudden the router shuts off after. Here's a video of what it looks like. I unplug the ethernet cables from the netduma r1 and suddenly it turns back on. What do I do about this lol? Thank you for reading.

It looks like potentially a power issue, is it connected to a power extender or direct to a wall outlet? If an extender please try an outlet and see if it works. Otherwise it could be the power adapter, do you have another with similar voltage you could try with?

Extender but everything was working fine for few days. Will try this out and give an update when I get back. Thanks for your reply
