Reset Bandwidth Allocation - have you disabled Share Excess? No percentage whatsoever changes the graph shown for Ping Under Load?

I have disabled share excess and reset the bandwidth allocation but nothing has changed and no i have tried the 10 to 5 percent fine tuning but the best I can get is around 51 to 61 ms under load

I just wanted to know if you had disabled share excess, actually better to leave it on. Don't worry about Benchmark now, it uses the Google servers which it doesn't appear you have a great connection to. Follow this guide while saturating your connection with downloads and fine tune it that way: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping

Don't use Auto Setup, Ping Under Load at that rating would indicate that QoS needs to be fine tuned some more. It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.

Would DMZ maybe improve my connectivity?

DMZ passes all traffic through to that device so potentially yes but it's a bit of a security risk, more so on PC. Ideally though fine tuning your QoS would be the best first move and if you've done that then maybe try it

Hmm I noticed there's an option where staff could remote access the router is it possible to have someone help configure it that way? I tried messing with it but didn't see any results.

We only use that for instances where there are severe issues, it's also a lot more complicated to setup from the backend than the interface and when it comes to QoS there is no one right setting for everyone. If you can provide a screenshot of the best PingPlotter results you got from the above we can advise from there.
