Mikeysacks Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 What's going on y'all? Set up my duma and it keeps disconnecting I tried rebooting it and still nothing. First time it happened I was able to log back into the router, this morning in a rush I rebooted the modem, mesh system and duma and nothing. House has been without internet all day while I'm at work. Any help would much appreciate it.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 18, 2023 Administrators Posted July 18, 2023 It may be it's gone back to the Setup Wizard, if you access does that appear and if so once complete do you have internet again?
Mikeysacks Posted July 18, 2023 Author Posted July 18, 2023 I can't access it at all. I tried on computer dumaos/ also 192.168.77.1. I tried wifi on cell and nothing
Mikeysacks Posted July 18, 2023 Author Posted July 18, 2023 OK, I'm able to get back in now. Any recommendations on what can be wrong? I have the deco tp link mesh system and there in AP mode.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 18, 2023 Administrators Posted July 18, 2023 Do you know what firmware version you're on currently? It may be worth applying for Early Access as that may be more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ In the meantime, in LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
Mikeysacks Posted July 18, 2023 Author Posted July 18, 2023 The firmware I am currently on is 3.3.280 OK so under setting I clicked dhcp. Range min .50 Then on the devices check reserved ip box and give them a number from .2 - 49 correct?

Yes that's correct, I've given you Early Access so upgrade to that, do the same DHCP steps and see if it's more stable then: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
