is there really a fix for this?

I have tried clearing the browser cache, deleting temp files, disabling my Firewall, and Antivirus but none of these seem to fix this issue

PS: I'm currently on the stable build XR500 V2.3.2.134

Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS? If so make sure you're using HTTP and it should work. It may be your web browser is forcing a connection using HTTPS.

I did force it to use HTTP but still, the issue occurs.

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

The issue started almost a month ago, I didn't change any settings or access differently. I always access the page using the gateway address.

Even though I signed up for Beta, my tight work schedule doesn't allow me to play around with Beta hence I'm staying with the stable build as of now. is there really a fix for this issue in the stable build?

Given the things that have been done so far it would likely need a factory reset to resolve, that's why it would be worth upgrading to the beta as you would do a factory reset when doing that process anyway. It should be stable enough for you.
