I have tried clearing the browser cache, deleting temp files, disabling my Firewall, and Antivirus but none of these seem to fix this issue PS: I'm currently on the stable build XR500 V2.3.2.134 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 6, 2023 Administrators Share Posted July 6, 2023 Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS? If so make sure you're using HTTP and it should work. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 6, 2023 Administrators Share Posted July 6, 2023 Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please. Naresh Posted July 6, 2023 Author Share Posted July 6, 2023 Even though I signed up for Beta, my tight work schedule doesn't allow me to play around with Beta hence I'm staying with the stable build as of now. is there really a fix for this issue in the stable build? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 6, 2023 Administrators Share Posted July 6, 2023 Given the things that have been done so far it would likely need a factory reset to resolve, that's why it would be worth upgrading to the beta as you would do a factory reset when doing that process anyway.
