Syntax Error with Ping Heatmap

is there really a fix for this?

I have tried clearing the browser cache, deleting temp files, disabling my Firewall, and Antivirus but none of these seem to fix this issue

PS: I'm currently on the stable build XR500 V2.3.2.134

I did force it to use HTTP but still, the issue occurs.

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Even though I signed up for Beta, my tight work schedule doesn't allow me to play around with Beta hence I'm staying with the stable build as of now. is there really a fix for this issue in the stable build?

Given the things that have been done so far it would likely need a factory reset to resolve, that's why it would be worth upgrading to the beta as you would do a factory reset when doing that process anyway. It should be stable enough for you.
