VPN not working

My Hybrid VPN doesn't seem to be working i keep getting this error tried resetting and still has the same issue.

 

is there a country you recommend I am in the UK

When are you getting this error exactly, when loading the page, after entering a config, making a rule etc?

Morning, no when I am clicking on the Hybrid VPN, it doesn't even load the screen if I eventually get through to the VPN setup I can't delete anything I get an error. 

 

i really don't want to have to factory reset and setup all devices again.

What were the rules you had added exactly? I suspect a conflicting rule may have been added which has gotten the router into a weird state.

possibly so are suggesting that in order to fix it will be resetting as it won't even allow me to config or into the VPN function,

If that is what has happened then yes unfortunately you will need to factory reset to clear it as it's the only way to delete the conflicting rules.

All you need to do is add it and it will add greyed out, then it will be applying to the entire console, nothing else you need to add

I had to add port forward rules only vpn this service

That's not needed, if you have your console set to a PlayStation in the Device Manager, when you add it to the VPN it will add like this:

and you don't need to do anything else, it will apply to the entire device.

No you don't, when it looks like the above that's all you need for a console.

Just add the console, that's all you need to do. Yes it would delete the VPN rule as well though it's best to delete any custom rules for devices before deleting the device just to make sure it doesn't cause any errors.
