VPN not working

Good evening, 

 

My Hybrid VPN doesn't seem to be working i keep getting this error tried resetting and still has the same issue.

 

is there a country you recommend I am in the UK

Morning, no when I am clicking on the Hybrid VPN, it doesn't even load the screen if I eventually get through to the VPN setup I can't delete anything I get an error. 

 

i really don't want to have to factory reset and setup all devices again.

That's not needed, if you have your console set to a PlayStation in the Device Manager, when you add it to the VPN it will add like this:

and you don't need to do anything else, it will apply to the entire device.

Just add the console, that's all you need to do. Yes it would delete the VPN rule as well though it's best to delete any custom rules for devices before deleting the device just to make sure it doesn't cause any errors.
