something els is strange in dumaos it never ask for a username r password and if power goes off r i unplug the router i have to go through beginning setup  over again idk if that has do something  with my poopy weird right now

Unplug it, wait for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then access and try to upgrade. It's resetting after the unplug as you've not rebooted from the interface recently which acts as a hard save.

 i can go to any new browser i never used before and it doesn't ask me for a username and password never had that before  thinking that's why I'm dealing with issues

I think we might have to do a remote upgrade for you on Monday, enable remote support in WAN Settings and make sure you have the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) in the DMZ of your modem then post back here from a device connected to the R2.

ok turned on remote support is it safe to tell u my r2 wan ip r should i dm u it?

You don't need to tell me your WAN IP, as long as you've put that in your modem DMZ we'll be able to access. We can get your public IP from your forum post. We'll try upgrading you on Monday.

ok but not sure how put that in the dmz it won't let me edit it

So you're looking for the DMZ option on your ISP modem/router not the R2
