Destiny 2 not found

Greeting, 

 

After doing an update 3.3.280 to R2, Destiny 2 not being available when I added my devices. 

knowing that the only reason I bought the R2 is for this game. 

please help me with that.

 

I did resync cloud and nothing happened.

We have it on Early Access at the moment if you want to sign up for that: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ it will come to the other versions soon.

Are there any servers appearing on the map when Auto Ping isn't showing anything?

It was probably removed when we were working on updating it, for the ping/servers try this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC)
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

Then see if it works.

When does the message appear when going on the page or when adding a device? You are on a very old version so would suggest upgrading to the latest public version or you have Early Access so you could try that firmware.

I did this, now every  time Im trying to get into a game it return me back to lobby can not get into any game be it PVP or PVE if the filter is on

 

please help me with this 

 

I removed the devices then choose it again

After the R2 updated or the game updated? As I know there was a game update at some point maybe a year or two ago where people were then having trouble but we didn't have lots of people mentioning it so it could be that.

It's probably something they've changed on the game, we'll likely need to re-test it for compatibility so I'll pass that onto the team to do. It's doesn't really work like that unfortunately.
