Wireguard VPN failed

Hello everyone,

i'm trying to connect my device (XBOX SERIES X) by using VPN wireguard Surfshark but when i import the config file the connection status said: Failed

 

This is my config:

I tried different locations but nothing change.

 

 

Adblocker is disabled, i have 3.3.478 duma firmware but i had the same problem with the previously. The xbox has static IP, Unpnp disabled, geo-filter disabled.

 

The openVPN of course works, just wireguard doesn't
