help with r2

hello, i have a problem with netduma r2 didnt work good with me in ping heatmap and geo filter also cant find call of duty in game list and network priority some other features dont work, i try to reset and update again but problem still.

duma os on my iphone 13 didnt work good 

i have PS4 and fiper optic internet 300 Mbps download 100 upload 

 

R2 3.3.280

For a console you just need to add it to the Geo-Filter with the manual option then you can filter the game. Traffic Prioritization will automatically prioritize the game but if you want to manually add a rule you can use the Games Console service as you're playing on a console.

It's best not to use the web browser on a mobile as it won't be fully optimized, you can use the DumaOS app on your app store instead if you want to use mobile.

What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how did you connect it to the router exactly? Could you provide a screenshot of the Device Manager table view please?

i already did this, but the profiles didnt work with me in manuall or auto prioritize.

i have fiper optic modem from my provider STC with speed 300 mbps and download 100 mbps and the model of modem is G-2425G-B, i connect the R2 with main modem by ethernet cable .

I think we're removing the profiles aspect which is why it isn't working specifically, you don't need it though, it just increases/decreases the radius size.

I believe the Ping Heatmap issue is due to a cloud update we did which I'm getting the team to revert on Tuesday but the Geo-Filter should still work fine - looks like it's working as expected in the screenshot.

goodluck to you and yr team with heatmap, but the Geo-Filter not working fine with me and there is some issue when i play any game mode in MW2 like search for game the ping lvl reach above 70 or 100 and meeting another player from other countrys for example i from saudi arabia as the Geo-Filter i adjust my location for KSA but in games searching high ping and players  should meet player from ksa or middle east at least.

You'll need to put Ping Assist to 0 to stop any games outside your radius, then it should work better
