DumaOS app

Hi. I had an R1 and previously registered for here. I've just got a XR1000 and I've tried signing in on the DumaOS app but it just says unknown error occurred 

I have tried resetting password but no email has been received still 

Any advice on how to get logged into the mobile apps? I searched keyword app here and couldn't find anything (0 results)

There's no such thing as an email for the dumaos app it your admin and password from the router that the login
