Qos tagging

So what would be advised qos at machine level or router level and would there be a negative Impact if both were selected ?

It would be better to do it at the router level as it will make decisions based on your entire network activity whereas doing it just on the PC will only take into account what that device is doing. I don't think using both would give you an optimal experience.
