QOS/Upload bandwidth limit doesn't work

It matches my time zone. I haven't changed anything on the dhcp page.

Interesting, in the log it looks like there is a timezone conflict, could you provide a screenshot of the System Information page please? What timezone are you in?

Ahh it's the date that appears incorrect, almost two weeks out by the looks of it, could you reset the timezone and see if you can get that to update? Once it has give the router a reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if Congestion Control works correctly please.

I am seeing,  Mon Apr 17 01:19:14 2023, which is correct right?

I think in the image you are seeing 1/ instead of 17 😛 . Date is correct here.
