Is an easy way to only allow dedicated servers and block peer to peer?

I'm in Asia and I have recently been placed into peer to peer hosts rather than dedicated servers and the connection is terrible. Is there a fix?

I don't think so, what I do to connect to dedicated servers at my location is to set ping assist to 0, I mostly get dedicated servers more this way and beware in mind some peer 2 peer are actually dedicated servers that show up as peer server.

Use Ping Heatmap to find the closest dedicated servers in your area and make sure you're covering them with the Geo-Filter. How are you determining it's a peer host - from the peer icon on the map? It's possible it's incorrectly classified and is actually a server, if you provide the ID we can have a look.

This one shows as peer not dedicated

That one is definitely a server so just misclassified as a peer, it's very unlikely you'll actually be getting peer hosts in the game now so you'll just need to try forcing some other servers instead if available.
