cant login to dumaos/

Hi i recently moved house and am still with sky they sent me a new router and for some reason i cant login to the site dumaos/

cant login through the bookmarked site i have or any of the other ways of getting there

is this an issue with the new sky router or something else? any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what do you see when you try accessing the interface exactly?

While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

Set a static IP on the PC with the following details

IP address: 192.168.77.100

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Default gateway: 192.168.77.1

DNS: 192.168.77.1

If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.

got a box came up said no issues detected

But can you actually access the interface after setting that static IP?

no just said no issues detected and all the boxes closed

Ignore the Windows tests it's doing there they won't help with this. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works, do so without the static IP please.
