Traffic Prioritization

when i add wireless tvs or cell phones on Traffic Prioritization i get nothing no green lights so its telling me its not working..im getting no upload ir download packets why????

It's very hard to see, what services did you add them with?

target is all gameconsole service is upstairs tv nvr for cameras also my .i have target for all it works with gameconsole i have all targets with gameconsole is that ok will that affect my online gaming what should i have for service formy iphone?

Games Console prioritizes ports 1024-65535, normal traffic occurs on port 80/443 so that's probably why it isn't prioritizing. Is there a specific use case to prioritize these devices as it shouldn't be needed.

so it will affect my online gaming if i leave all of them as target= console 

so should i just leave my playstaion  console to be prioritize

Well in theory it could prioritize them over your gaming yes, so I would suggest just leaving the PlayStation added and remove the rest
