no device found

This usually happens if you have a device added to Traffic Prioritization and then delete it from the Device Manager, does that sound like what may have happened?

There are only two solutions to this issue:

  1. Reconnect the device to the router via the same method it was previously connected (2.4GHz, 5GHz or ethernet) and give it the same device name it had previously with the same device type
  2. Factory Reset
