M3freak
I bought a NetDuma R2 router a month ago. Recently I have been constantly losing internet connection and having to reboot the router almost daily. I would even lose connection when I was hardwired. I also get dropped packets when doing a constant ping to it. My firmware version is: R2 3.2.453 I have since put my old router back in place and have had zero issues so this is not an modem or ISP issue. Any help would be appreciated because as of right now it is just a good looking paper weight and I really enjoyed the product when it was reliable. Thanks, Brian
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 14, 2023 Administrators Share Posted March 14, 2023 Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, do you still have access to the interface? If so sign up for Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved upgrade to the firmware there and hopefully that will resolve the issues. M3freak
I applied the 3.3.280 firmware but after a few days I was right back to having internet connection issues and had to reboot. Any other suggestions?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 24, 2023 Administrators Share Posted March 24, 2023 Could you provide the logs from the System Information page when you get a disconnect please? You have to get it before doing a reboot otherwise the useful information will be lost.
