Lights on but no detection

Hello I just woke up and I didn't have internet, the computer was not detecting the internet coming from Netduma by cable nor wifi. 

I have internet, i tested with the internet provider modem, but somehow netduma r2 s not sending it nor even wifi. 

So now I have an issue there is no way to connect me  to 192.168.77.1 nor in the computer connected with cable nor on my phone with wifi because does not detect the wifi so I am stuck

I did reset the device with the bottom at the back, but is still the same obviously after I reset the network changed but I am still not able to access and the modem is not giving internet. 

 

What could I do?

I did reset the internet modem and still R2 doesn't detect internet.

Could you try disconnecting the R2 from power for ten minutes, then reconnect it again and see if it's able to boot properly. Try accessing the DumaOS interface by going to 192.168.77.1 in the web browser of a device connected directly to the R2.
