cant login to router anymore

hey guys,

 

i was always able to login to my router with my basic netduma ip address and now i cannot login to it once i hard reset my ISP router and net duma. any suggestions appreciated. the green lights on the duma keep flashing. I am connected to the internet through the netduma

The wifi password is now netdumar1
