I'll stay at hotel and is it possible to leave it on reception on my Last Name? Or may be it will be easier for you to add Russia to list of countries where you can delivery my order? I don't think we can schedule it for a particular time frame but I believe it would take 2-4 working days to get to Austria. You would probably have to ring them ahead of time if you wanted to do so as it may get there before you if you were to order now for example. We can definitely time your delivery to Austria, but you will need to choose one of the DHL options that are now live on the site. Either: DHL 1 day delivery for around €24.20 DHL 2-3 day delivery for around: €20.30 If you went for the Royal Mail option (2-5 day delivery), which is about €13.15, there would no fixed date so that would be quite risky. If you wanted to place your order now just put in the notes field when you want it to arrive and I'll make sure we time it for the dates you're in Mauerbach. Hope that all makes sense. I'm afraid we're not able to add Russia to the site as their importing rules are very strict and we don't want to run the risk of routers not being delivered. Unfortunately I didn't know about DHL at time of ordering and it seems I used the chipset delivery option. Is it possible to change it now? Thank you for your help! It should be fine though as theres 6 / 7 day window for it to arrive and it usually takes about 4 days for Germany / Austria so it should get there in time.
