Port forwarding

Recently, I got my Netduma set up how I like it. Except for one thing, the port forwarding. I have a modem/router that came from my ISP. It had port forwarding options and I used their it until I got my Netduma router. When I had my Xbox One hooked to my modem/router that cam from AT&T, it had an IP address of 192.168.1.49. Now with the Netduma router, my Xbox is 192.168.88.99. My question is can port forwarding 'reroute' itself to the correct device, even when the device is on a sub net or do I need to delete the settings on my modem/router and put them on the Netduma?

You don't need to port forward on the Netduma :) Just remove all port forwarding from your old router then put the Netduma in the other router's DMZ (instructions here).

As long as your have UPnP enabled in Settings >> UPnP and your testing with the GeoFilter off, your NAT should be open :)
