I am from the USA, and have Comcast as my ISP. I purchased a NETGEAR CM500, to go along with my NETDUMA. I have connected everything properly, but when I go to access the Internet, to sink my NetDuma, with their website, it says that I have no connection to the Internet. I use a Safari browser, Network Diagnostics, shows that I have a connection to the Internet, but I cannot open a webpage. 

 

Additionally, what should the light-sequence on the NetDuma, to look like, when everything is in proper working order? If any are not lit, when a device is plug into that receptical, is it because the device is not on or does it mean something else?
