Connection benchmark ping under load

Hi guys when Congestion Control is at AUTO my ping underload is :

 

Connection benchmark

15.66ms

 

Upload

44.47ms

 

Idle

9.51ms

 

But when on QOS "Always"

 

Download10.09ms

 

Upload

11.06ms

 

Idle

9.31ms

 

(both upload and download are 99 on QOS)

 

Any idea why it's much worse when QOS is at auto-enable?

Also FYI the fifa 23 uk sever is missing from the heatmap , been like it for weeks.

Yes because QoS won't actually be active when you're testing, you need to test using Always, then you can switch back to Auto Enable once you've found a good percentage. 

Could you resync the heatmap cloud and see if it appears then please?
