That's the router interface, it's not a website, it is local to your router, it cannot be accessed from the internet not even by yourself - only locally. As such it isn't required to use HTTPS, there also isn't any personal information you input on the site so it's perfectly safe.

You would have changed the login details in the Setup Wizard previously most likely, if you can't remember what they are then you'll need to factory reset. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and you can then use the default credentials to login if prompted.

By accessing the interface where it asks you for the username/password that you put in that previously didn't work for you

Yes it's a local site so doesn't need internet to access it, to get internet you have to complete the Setup Wizard. Use 192.168.77.1 instead of dumaos to access.
