getting low download speeds on my netduma

Recommended Posts

i should have 76mbps download speed and when i do speed test on the netduma im getting around 65mpbs but when i do speed test using my sky router im getting 75mbps, i ran 5 speed tests and all five times speeds were like that on both routers, netduma was constantly around 65 struggling to get there while on my sky was hitting 75 pretty quick.

i tried the diable ipv6 and have my congesstion control all set correct havinh both set 100 percent with reactive and excess ticked

Ok, disable that then re-run the test :) See if that gives you the speeds you get with the ISP router.

i disabled it and was getting still low speed compared to my netowrk provider router but i tried chaging sserver on the speedtest.net and on one of the servers in london (were i am from) im getting my normal speeds again but on a diffrent london server im getting a reduced speed but on the server were im getting reduced speed i ran a test with my internet provider router and im getting max speed

If on one of the tests you are getting the speeds you expect, then it looks like everything is ok. Just confirm you have done everything listed here :)

I've closed the thread as it was cleared up in chat. It was because a couple of speed test servers were not showing correct result. Feel free to open another thread if the problem returns! :)
