DumaOS app Android not working

Hello peoples I have been having  trouble with my DumaOS mobile app for Android it just won't load up all it says it

 

Loading... Then after about 5min the screen just goes blank nothing there what could be the problem here

What phone are you using and what is the version of Android you are on?

This is happening on 2 of my phone 

Samsung Galaxy S21+  Andriod version 13

and

OPPO A74   Android Version 11

Do you ever get to the point where you can login or does this happen before that? Clear the data/cache for the app, reboot the phone then try accessing again please.

I can't login in at all it just stays on that same screen saying Loading then after 5min my screen just goes completely black. So I have cleared the data /cache for the app on 2 of my phones and rebot my phones and still the same issue

Check to see if there is an update, it may be on an old version, if it is current then uninstall, then reinstall and try again please

This is the current version that's on playstore and it says it is compatible with my device I have uninstalled it and re installed it alot of times still same issue

If you leave the app running does it ever prompt you with an error/opportunity to get a log?

nothing at all the only thing I get it this screen where it says Loading that's all I get i cannot get into the app the use any features

I'll have to pass this onto the team to take a look at, there is not much we can do otherwise
