Unable to upgrade firmware from 3.0.179 on Netduma R2

I am unable to upgrade the firmware from the 3.0.179 that came installed when I bought the router. I tried installing 3.0.205, 3.0.394 & the latest firmware 3.2.453, all fail at the end of the upload process. Inspecting requests on the browser window reveals that the router seems to be rejecting the upgrade with a 400 Bad Request with what appears to be missing auth_token cookie being sent with the request. What am I supposed to be doing here to fix the issue with upgrading my router?

Welcome to the forum!

Could you please go to Network Settings -> WAN and enable Remote access to tech support? Perhaps we can do the upgrade remotely for you.

Done.

Done.

Have you posted back here from a device connected directly to the R2?

If so, what's the make and model of your ISP modem that the R2 connects to? If possible, can you temporarily put it into modem/bridge mode, or put the R2's WAN IP in it's DMZ?

I don't appear to be able to access the R2.

I am currently connected via the R2 over WiFi. I am not sure about the model number exactly, but manufacturer is Arris and was provided by Shaw (Hardware Information: BlueCurve Gateway (shaw.ca)). I will try to put R2's IP in the modem's DMZ.

EDIT: DMZ has been enabled for the R2's IP from the modem provided by Shaw.

Thanks, I've manually upgraded you to the next firmware version, unfortunately I don't have the correct resources to hand to upgrade you beyond that. You can now access the interface, complete the setup wizard again and you'll be able to get to upgrade again to the latest. Apologies for the reset, it needed to be done in order to properly complete the upgrade.

No worries. I will check and report back soon, thanks for your time.
