DPI Cloud Resync not working on Netduma R2!! :(

im on the latest firmware for the R2 and have resynced Cloud and gotten error after error messsage even tried and did it on my phone but the networking monitor still is not showing Gaming Packets for my PS5 only Unknown and uncatorgorized. Please help i heard the solution is to be an early access user, if so please please can someone grant me a pass i really love this router and want to use this feature but its been dead end after dead end
