DumaOS app

Hi I have the net gear nighthawk xr500 and have downloaded the DumaOS app and when I log in it says it can’t recognise my router and some features may not work, as a result I can’t do any sort of ping test or use the ping map on there any ideas?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

You won't be able to use all the features of the app as the 500 doesn't currently have the 3.2 update.

Login but select Nighthawk as the option rather than auto detecting and it should work.
