does QOS work with a device assigned to the the hybrid VPN?

i was hoping if anyone could let me know whether QOS works with a vpn; or because the packets are incrypted it doesn't recognise them to be prioritised; or does it just prioritise all traffic in and out from said device?

Yes it should still prioritize even when using HybridVPN.
