I am experiencing ping spikes on my XR1000 Router

I recently got a Netgear Nighthawk XR1000 router and started testing different QoS settings to see which one works best for my network. I have already updated my router to the latest firmware and did a factory reset. I tried the auto setup for QoS but was experiencing spikes. I have also checked the forums and set it to the recommended 70% for both upload and download.

You'll need to experiment with Congestion Control percentages specifically when set to Always to find values that lower it as much as possible.
